A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Sabrina has 9 years of international experience. She manages the sales and marketing department of Everysens.

Dr. Youness Lemrabet
Doctor in Industrial Engineering and Information Systems, Youness has 13 years of experience in IT & Business, including 7 years at the head of Everysens.

Pélagie Mepin-Koebel
Pélagie Mepin-Koebel, a graduate of ESCP and TU Berlin, has over 20 years' experience in marketing and sales in the supply chain and technology sectors, with a mission to develop our activities in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

During the RailTech Talk and workshops, you will explore how to foster win-win collaborations in the rail freight sector through innovation and talent development. The event will address the challenges of change management related to new technologies and jobs, focusing on how to shift from legacy, informal cooperation towards standardized, formalized collaboration.Additionally, you will gain practical insights from case studies such as transitioning from full-train shipments to single wagonload operations, demonstrating how this shift can improve lead times and optimize wagon fleet management.Overall, the event will provide you with fresh strategies to navigate change, improve efficiency, and create stronger partnerships.

The afternoon will be dedicated to business workshops led by our product team, partners as well as customer-led sessions focusing on real-world use cases.
In the evening, following a welcome cocktail, a round table will explore a central question: how can we create sustainable and effective cooperation in the rail sector? We’ll talk about innovation, change management, standardization, and collective transformation.
A series of short talks will follow: a highlight of a key industry innovation, a customer case study, our 2026 product roadmap, and market insights.
To close the evening, we’ll present the RailTech Awards 2025, celebrating outstanding initiatives across three categories: START, SCALE, and GROW.
We will have, all the evening astrology-inspired activities. The night will end with a networking cocktail !
